I've never sent a note like this or asked my friends or colleagues to support me in this manner.
 
The fact is, I need you...and more importantly KidsXpress needs you to support the Kiwi Battler as he
takes on the Bowral Classic 2016 which is a cycling event.

Next week I'm in hospital for spine surgery and then I need to get off my ass fast and train to ride a bike 90kms...big ask!!
 
It's going to be a massive challenge and I'll do it. I really want you to get involved and support me. If we hit the $5K target that is two special young people through the KidsXpress expressive therapy program....if we hit $10K its four and so on. Life changing stuff.
 
Like you I get tons of these kinds of requests and it's too easy to ignore them or be too busy - or to think yes
I'll do that but then forget.
